A quick reminder
Here's what you need to login to Digital Banking:
- Your Customer Number. This is a 10-digit number, which includes your date of birth.
- Your Security Number. This is the four-digit number you chose when you registered for Digital Banking. It’s a separate number from the PIN that you use to get money out of cash machines or when making debit card payments.
- Your Password. This is the Password you chose when you registered for Digital Banking. It has between six and twenty characters, and contains both letters and numbers.
Lost or forgotten your details?
If you haven’t used the service in a while, but have lost or forgotten your security details, don’t worry - just re-register for Digital Banking and, for most customers, you will be able to access your account immediately.
